We love our local cuisine, but we like to experiment with dishes from other regions and cultures. Our chef therefore strives to create sophisticated dishes that can satisfy the most diverse tastes. National and international specialties are offered over the course of the week, accompanied by a hearty buffet of cooked and raw vegetables to refresh the palate. One dinner a week is entirely devoted to Trentino cuisine, with tastings of local specialties and delicacies from the Valsugana region. The foods we use are carefully chosen to provide our guests with the highest quality and wholesomeness. We use fresh products, zero km if possible, that are local and environmentally friendly.

We are attentive to everyone’s special needs, and with our chef have planned specific menus, our response to what children want, the ethical choice of vegetarians, the needs of those with celiac disease. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of choice. There is something for everyone, sweet and savoury, light and substantial, to start the day full of energy and on a positive note!
